Shipping & Returns


Items ship every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday via USPS First Class. 


All items may be sent back within 5 business days for store credit only.  Packing slip must be included along with tags attached. You will receive an email with your store credit information along with a code to use credit on your next WEBSITE order. Codes will not be transferable to in-store purchases. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Clothes should have tags on. All Gently Used products are exempt from returns.

How to Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will receive a credit to be used in store. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit code will be sent out to you to use in the "coupon code" area at checkout. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a store credit code is sent. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale Items
